Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect when you shop at Playhive, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and the rights you have over it under the GDPR.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zorvex Digital OÜ (“Playhive”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit playhive.store, create an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with us (the “Service”).
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and applicable national data-protection law. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly and transparently, and to collecting only what we genuinely need to run the Service.

3. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data we process about visitors, registered users and customers of the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms that we do not control, including the gaming Platforms on which products are activated, each of which operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third party before you provide them with your data.
4. Personal data we collect
Data you provide to us:
- contact and identity details, such as your name and email address;
- billing information you enter at checkout (note that full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us — see the “Payments” section);
- account information, if you create an account, including your login credentials;
- order information, including the products you buy and your order history;
- communications, such as messages you send us by email or through our contact form.
Data we collect automatically:
- technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, and language settings;
- usage data, such as the pages you view, links you click, referring pages, and the dates and times of access;

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not provide such data to us.
5. How and why we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:
- To process and deliver your orders — including taking payment, delivering Keys to your email, sending order confirmations and providing support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To manage your account and allow you to view your orders. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To communicate with you about your orders, enquiries and support requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To operate, secure and improve the Service, including preventing fraud and abuse and keeping the site and our systems safe. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting, tax and consumer-protection requirements. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
- To send marketing communications, where you have asked to receive them, and to use non-essential cookies and analytics. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers that are certified to recognised security standards, such as PCI-DSS. When you pay, your card and payment details are transmitted directly to, and processed by, those providers. We do not collect or store your full card number, security code or similar sensitive payment credentials.
We receive only the limited information needed to confirm and reconcile your payment, for example confirmation of success or failure and basic transaction details. Each payment provider acts as an independent controller and/or processor in respect of the payment data it handles, under its own privacy policy.
9. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards — such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any additional measures required. 10. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to fulfil orders, provide support and comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. For example, transaction and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances, including processing based on legitimate interests and any direct marketing;
- data portability — to receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

13. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where changes are material, we will post them on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
