All digital keys and gift card codes are sent to the email address used at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your code is delivered to your inbox automatically.
Delivery is typically instant. In the vast majority of cases your code arrives within seconds of completing payment. During rare high-demand moments it may take a little longer — if you haven't received anything, check your spam folder and then contact support.
Start by checking your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If your code still isn't there, get in touch through the contact form or by email and we'll resend it right away.
Of course. Gift card codes are delivered to your email, so you can forward the code to whoever you like. It's a quick, last-minute-friendly way to gift games and credit.

Activation steps depend on the platform. The exact instructions for each product are listed on its product page, so you'll always know precisely how to redeem your key before and after you buy.
Each gift card's product page explains where and how to redeem the code on the relevant platform. Follow those steps and the balance will be added to your account.
Most PC titles are redeemed through the relevant launcher or client listed on the product page. Check the product details for any specific requirements before purchasing.
